45 Weeks - Easter Fun with Friends

You, little girl, were made for Easter.  To be clear, you are not even a year old.  Most babies are not even walking at your age.  Sure they are rolling and crawling and grabbing at things.  Some are pulling themselves up on furniture.  Not you.  You have been running and grabbing things larger than yourself for quire some time.

So why do I say you were made for Easter?  Because Easter (for kids) is all about running around and picking up Easter Eggs!  And you have plenty of practice with pine cones, which are almost the same size and shape.

Now that it is the Easter season you get to put your mad skills into practice.  Your mom's best friend Jennie was in town with her daughter Sophie.  So we all got together with Jennie's cousin and their son for a pre-Easter Easter Egg hunt.  It was so much fun to see you walk along and pick up the eggs, even if we had to point them out and give you encouragement to go after them.  I mean there is SO much cool stuff outside, why go after just the eggs?

Yup, you were so good at it!  I can only imagine how good you will be next year.
